Recruitment Rumble


OVERVIEW
 

The NAIFA-New York Recruitment Rumble is a membership campaign to benefit the New York chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). The agency with the most amount of new or returning members during the campaign wins prizes.


CRITERIA
 

To qualify, carriers must have three agency offices who are willing to compete. Willing to compete means each agency is willing to identify a competition champion in the office and will commit to securing at least three new members. In addition, they will identify a champion in each carrier. Independent agencies may also participate and will compete in a separate category.


RULES


For purposes of this competition, a new member will be considered someone new to NAIFA membership or a former member whose membership has lapsed more than 90 days.

The contest will end April 30, 2023.

Additional Awards for Consideration:

Any office that recruits 10 or more new members will receive the NAIFA-NY Gold Award.

Any office that recruits 15 new members will receive the NAIFA-NY Platinum Award.

Any office that recruits 25 new members will receive the NAIFA-NY Diamond Award.
