Paul joined New York Life in 2008 following a career on Wall Street as an institutional equity sales trader. He is a Financial Advisor working with families and business owners on wealth management, business succession, insurance, and estate planning strategies. He is a registered representative through NYLIFE Securities LLC, holding the Series 7, Series 63 & Series 65 licenses and an investment advisory representative with Eagle Strategies LLC (a registered investment adviser). Paul has held roles in organizations supporting our industry such as New York Life’s Agent Advisory Council in 2013 and is currently a Political Involvement Leader working with the Office of Governmental Affairs as a liaison between our elected officials and New York Life.

Thomas F Palmeri, LUTCF has been in the industry since February 15, 1985 and has been a loyal NAIFA Member since that day. He started his career as a Financial Representative with MetLife in the Riverhead, New York office. After attaining two years of Leaders conference , he was promoted to Sales Manager and eventually to Branch Manager. After 21 years with MetLife, He left to work at National Life of Vermont where he worked as a Sales Manager and worked there for two years. He has been working with Guardian Life and Park Avenue Securities since February 2007. He is a current MDRT Member, Past NYS NAIFA President, Past NYS Membership chair for 13 years and won two Platinum Awards from NAIFA. He also served on NAIFA's National Membership Committee. In addition, he was a LUTC Moderator and NAIFA LILI Moderator for many years as well.
On a personal note, Tom graduated from Sachem High School in 1980 and St. Joseph's College in 1984 with a bachelor's degree in Human Relations. He is a father of four sons. As such he coached baseball for 10 years and was a Cub Master for many years. He continues to volunteer at two Patchogue Soup Kitchen for the last 12 years. Furthermore, he is an active member of the Patchogue Rotary Club for the last 4 years. When he is not working, he enjoys cooking, playing Golf and brewing beer at his friend's brewery, Spider Bite, in Holbrook, New York, and has been a member of the NYS Brewers Association.

Gary is responsible for developing and leading Cadaret Grant’s (CG) fixed index annuity and fixed annuity business strategy across the enterprise. He also works closely with their general agents and insurance carriers, ensuring exceptional service quality for CG’s financial professionals, as well as driving insurance business growth and financial professional penetration. His over 20 years in the financial services industry, including over 16 at a large life insurance company, lend him the expertise to guide financial professionals through complicated cases. He is a past board member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (New York State) and was formerly president of the Syracuse chapter.
In his spare time, you can find Gary hunting, fishing, or coaching youth lacrosse.

Graduate in Economics from the University of Maryland and has done post graduate studies at Dowling. The proud recipient of the Rudy Stegman award for outstanding achievement and leadership in the industry by Long Island NAIFA; Past president of Long Island NAIFA and is now the Metro New York Program and Education Chair. Co-Founder of the Long Island Accounting and Financial Planning Network Co-Chaired and started the Long Island Works program in Center Moriches for the Center Moriches school system. Currently on the advisory board of the Accountant Resource Group. Has been involved in case design and agency management for over twenty years. Specializing in High net worth programs such as premium finance and restricted property Trust and finding solutions for clients with health impairment needs. Expert in LOSAP planning utilizing annuities and life insurance.
