Gary is responsible for developing and leading Cadaret Grant’s (CG) fixed index annuity and fixed annuity business strategy across the enterprise. He also works closely with their general agents and insurance carriers, ensuring exceptional service quality for CG’s financial professionals, as well as driving insurance business growth and financial professional penetration. His over 20 years in the financial services industry, including over 16 at a large life insurance company, lend him the expertise to guide financial professionals through complicated cases. He is a past board member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (New York State) and was formerly president of the Syracuse chapter.
In his spare time, you can find Gary hunting, fishing, or coaching youth lacrosse.
Vinny Dallo has been a financial professional since 2005. He began his career with MetLife, where he learned the aspects of comprehensive financial strategies. In 2010, Vinny transitioned his practice to New York Life. In 2017, Vinny established his own DBA, “Kappan Financial, LLC.”
Vinny brings a unique blend of intelligence and personality to his financial services practice. Recognizing the complexity of many financial issues, Vinny speaks plainly and openly to help ensure every client can understand these important concepts.
In the years prior to his career as a financial professional, Vinny worked in a variety of sales and marketing capacities. Vinny left his mark at each endeavor, helping to grow each company’s revenue, strengthen their client relationships and develop other team members.
Vinny graduated from SUNY Geneseo in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. He continues his education at the American College of Financial Services, where he earned designations as a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow, a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®). Vinny has been a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT)* during the years of 2011, 2017, 2019, and 2020. He has been a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisers (NAIFA) since beginning his career in 2005, and he has served as the president of NAIFA Rochester and sat on the board for NAIFA NYS. He continues his NAIFA involvement by routinely visiting with lawmakers and elected officials in both Albany, NY and Washington, DC.
Vinny’s professional passion is public speaking. He has conducted hundreds of presentations, educating people on all areas of personal financial strategies. Vinny’s motto is, “Education is the obligation of the expert.”
Vinny is licensed in Life & Health, he is a Certified Long-Term Care Consultant, and holds his Series 6, 63 and 7 securities licenses.
Peter C. Browne, LUTCF is among the nation's leading financial services professionals. Co-founder of Price Raffel and Browne (PRB) in 1984, Mr. Browne has enjoyed a four-decade long career as a manager for Union Central's New York operation.
He has served as President of the New York State Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and of its New York City chapter. He is currently Treasurer and Trustee of the Board of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Mr. Browne is a member of the Board of Trustees of the American College and is a past Trustee in the National Board of the Life Underwriters Training Council. He is a Past Trustee of the National General Agents and Managers Association (GAMA) and is a Past President of its N.Y.C. Chapter. He holds the distinction of Top of the Table membership in the Million Dollar Round Table and has done so for twenty consecutive years.
He has received several awards in the profession, including the Spencer L. McCarty Award (NYSAIFA), Julian S. Myrick Award (NYCAIFA), President's Leadership Award (NYCAIFA), and the Ralph G. Englesman Award (New York City Life Managers). He has served as a member of the Agents Advisory Board of Standard and Poor's. As a volunteer, Mr. Browne has received Rochester Institute of Technology's 1998 Outstanding Alumnus of the Year Award and Torch of Liberty Award (Anti-Defamation League).

Robert A. Miller, M.S., M.A. is a Partner at Miller-Pomerantz in New York, New York. Robert became NAIFA’s President in September 2011 at the organization’s Career Conference and Annual Meeting in Washington, DC. A past president of NAIFA-New York City and NAIFA-New York State, Robert’s outstanding service to these organizations has been recognized with the Ben Brewster Government Relations, Julian Myrick, and Spencer L. McCarty awards. He is a graduate of the NAIFA Leadership in Life Institute (LILI) and is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Roundtable (MDRT is recognized throughout the industry as the standard of excellence in life insurance sales performance).
Robert was elected to the NAIFA Board of Trustees in 2005 and has served as trustee liaison to the CEO Outreach Program, the Young Advisors Team and the Corporate Partnerships Program. He also served as chair of the NAIFA Governance Committee and was a member of the NAIFA Finance Committee.

Paul joined New York Life in 2008 following a career on Wall Street as an institutional equity sales trader. He is a Financial Advisor working with families and business owners on wealth management, business succession, insurance, and estate planning strategies. He is a registered representative through NYLIFE Securities LLC, holding the Series 7, Series 63 & Series 65 licenses and an investment advisory representative with Eagle Strategies LLC (a registered investment adviser). Paul has held roles in organizations supporting our industry such as New York Life’s Agent Advisory Council in 2013 and is currently a Political Involvement Leader working with the Office of Governmental Affairs as a liaison between our elected officials and New York Life.

Mr. Ostrove is a graduate of Cornell University. Following graduation, he continued his education through the American College, obtaining his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations.
Mitch is a life and qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (53 years), served on the Board of the Top of The Table, chaired the Estate Planning sessions for its annual meeting, chaired the number one rated Main Platform for the 2001 annual meeting, as well as serving and chairing many other committees and was the 2002-2003 President of the Million Dollar Round Table Foundation. He was the Founder and first President of the Westchester County Chapter of CLU & ChFC, past president of many organizations including the Westchester Life Underwriters' Association and the Estate Planning Council of Westchester and past Chairman of the Life Underwriters Political Action Committee for New York State, and is a member of The Forum 400* and the Society of Financial Professionals.
Long active in his community, Mitch served as Chairman of The Men's Division of Albert Einstein College of Medicine, is an Honorary Trustee of Temple Israel of New Rochelle, Commissioner of the New Rochelle Youth Bureau, Director of the New Rochelle Police Foundation, past Co-chair of the Westchester Business & Professional Division of UJA/Federation, Board member of Hillel’s of Westchester, Board member Westchester Jewish Council and Board member of The Holocaust and Human Rights Education Center.
