Bruce was Director of Operations for a 100+ location National Retail Chain until 1986, when he changed his focus to the Financial Services arena with MetLife. He was a perennial member of the Million Dollar Round Table, an honor earned by a select few in Financial Services. In 1992 he became a consultant to the Principal Mutual Insurance Company and The Guardian Life Insurance Company. He specialized in sales training and individual marketing strategies with a passion for working with the Accounting and Law communities.

In 2005 he established Total Networking and Consulting beginning with three professionals, today the organization boasts more than 200 business owners and professionals.
